For the Gravy:
2 cups beef broth
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
