2 cups water
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) package peach jello
For the cheesecake layer:
8 oz. cream cheese-room temperature
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 oz) carton cool whip
