Peel and slice the beetroot, then wash it in clean water.
Clean the carrots and slice them, washing them as well.
In a blender, add water and the sliced carrots; blend well.
Rinse and chop or tear the parsley.
Peel and finely slice the ginger, washing it afterwards.
Remove the physalis from its husk.
Combine all these ingredients with the blended carrots and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a strainer, extracting as much liquid as possible.
Consume 100 ml of this drink, up to a maximum of one glass per day, preferably in the morning.
