Distribute it evenly using the kitchen cloth. Then, rinse carefully with the microfibre cloth soaked in water. You will need another dry cloth to dry well, preventing streaks from forming.
For a particularly dirty hob, you can pour the vinegar directly onto the surface and then wipe with the kitchen cloth. A very small amount is enough to have surprising results. Take care to pass well near the fires , where the dirt is most concentrated. The cloth can also be passed over the fires.
You will get a shiny but above all sanitized hob ready to be used again for your preparations.
