What Is Needed
The steel hob can be made shiny and shiny again as if it were new, thanks to the help of a single ingredient. It is an ingredient widely used in cooking and for household cleaning and costs very little: no more than 0.50 cents per bottle, for the cheapest versions.
We are talking about white alcohol vinegar which is also commonly called white vinegar. It is a solution composed of water and acetic acid which is obtained from a double fermentation. The first is alcoholic, the second is acetic, carried out by bacteria, due to alcohol, rice, fruit but also malts. It cannot be ruled out that white vinegar is often made from sugar beets.
To clean the hob, you will therefore need this wonderful ingredient but also a microfibre cloth and a kitchen cloth . The vinegar will need to be poured directly onto the aluminum hob. Distribute it evenly using the kitchen cloth. Then, rinse carefully with the microfibre cloth soaked in water. You will need another dry cloth to dry well, preventing streaks from forming.
For a particularly dirty hob, you can pour the vinegar directly onto the surface and then wipe with the kitchen cloth. A very small amount is enough to have surprising results. Take care to pass well near the fires , where the dirt is most concentrated. The cloth can also be passed over the fires.
You will get a shiny but above all sanitized hob ready to be used again for your preparations.
Time and time again, I always reach to make this recipe!
