Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mixture:
- Mix 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and 2 tablespoons of finely ground oatmeal in a bowl. Add 5 drops of lavender essential oil for its calming effects and fragrance.
2. Clean Your Feet:
- Before applying the treatment, make sure your feet are clean and dry. It’s best to do this remedy after a shower or bath when your skin is softened.
3. Apply the Mixture:
- Apply the mixture to your heels and any other dry areas on your feet. Be sure to massage it in thoroughly for a couple of minutes to enhance absorption and exfoliation.
4. Cover for Overnight Treatment:
- After applying the mixture, wear a pair of clean, soft socks overnight. This helps to seal in the mixture and ensure that it stays in contact with your skin, enhancing its effectiveness.
5. Rinse in the Morning:
- The next morning, remove your socks and rinse your feet with warm water. Your heels should feel softer and smoother.
6. Repeat if Necessary:
- For extremely dry and cracked heels, repeat this treatment for several nights until your heels are healed and soft.
