Ingredients :
6 slices of bread
12 slices of cheese
6 slices of sausage
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
100 grams of cheese (additional, grated)
Directions :
Prepare the Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F).
Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Layer the Bread and Cheese:
Place a layer of bread slices at the bottom of the baking dish.
Add a layer of cheese slices over the bread.
Place the sausage slices on top of the cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining bread, cheese, and sausage slices.
Make the Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered bread, cheese, and sausage.
Add the Grated Cheese:
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the layered mixture.
