• 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Step 1: Prepare the Pork Chops
1. Season the Pork Chops: Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Brown the Pork Chops: Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.
