Extravagant Triple Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Crust 
Ingredients:
Crust:
– 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
– 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
– 4 oz milk chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
– 4 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
Topping:
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
– 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
– Chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)
