Detailed description of the operating procedure:
1. A kilogram of meat should be cut into pieces, coat them with salt, oil, spices and mustard.
2. Leave the workpiece alone for one hour or better yet overnight.
3. Then place the meat pieces in a mold, placing onion slices between them, and pour 200 ml of beer over all the ingredients.
4. Cover the pan with a sheet of foil and keep in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
