The secret ingredient you will need is used constantly in all cuisines. These are eggs that, after having been used for your home preparations, you may still need. In fact, to make your violets bloom, you will need eggshells.

First of all, you will have to avoid throwing them away, pass them under running water and then let them dry in the sun, if possible. Alternatively, you can place them on a baking tray and put them in the oven for a quarter of an hour at 150 degrees. Once the egg shells are dry, you will need to crumble them. To do this, you can use your hands or the back of a spoon. The operation will have to be rough since the egg shells will have to be passed in the blender.

The shell powder thus obtained will be used for your violets. It will be an extremely beneficial compound because it has a high calcium content, which is fundamental for the development of plants.

Before putting it on your violas, however, you will need to do some maintenance. Specifically, you will need to cut away all dried flowers and leaves. This often happens, especially after the plant has flowered. Only in this way will violets be able to bloom again. If the dried flowers and leaves remain on the plant for too long, they could prevent the growth of new shoots. The same goes for dry leaves. Leave the leaves small and new so that they will sprout more quickly.
