Preparation steps: 1. Heat the oven to 180°C.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Put the potatoes in a baking dish, add some vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and sweet paprika. Stir thoroughly.
Cook the potatoes in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 25 minutes or until they are golden brown and soft.
While the potatoes are in the oven, boil the eggs for around 10 minutes. Next, remove the skin and cut them into pieces.
6. In a pan, warm up some vegetable oil and put in the wild sausages. Cook until the food is golden brown and completely cooked. Slice the sausages.
In a bowl, combine the cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper to your liking.
Put the cooked potatoes, sliced eggs, sausages, and pour the cream and parmesan sauce over them on a plate.
Add some chopped chives and slices of tomato on top.
