- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound of ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet (1.25 oz) of taco seasoning
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 cup of canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
FOR TOPPING:
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, sour cream, and sliced jalapeños for garnish (optional)
