Use baking soda
Baking soda has a very good abrasive capacity , making it perfect for degreasing your plastic containers. Thanks to baking soda you can eliminate grease stains, but not only that, you can also get rid of all the bad odors in your refrigerator. Make a creamy mixture with 4 tablespoons of baking soda and a little water . Make a paste and scrub the grease stains with a sponge or toothbrush. Before rinsing, let the mixture sit for a couple of hours . With this method, you can finally say goodbye to grease stains on containers.
Against grease stains, use salt and Marseille soap
The combination of salt and Marseille soap is perfect for cleaning plastic containers . Salt is capable of absorbing dirt and eliminating bad odors, while Marseille soap is an excellent degreaser. In a flat container with water, add one tablespoon of Marseille soap and two tablespoons of salt. Dip them in dirty containers into the mixture and let them soak for a few hours. With a sponge, rub well on the stains and rinse, the result will be incredible!
Lemon to degrease
Another essential ingredient that you should always have in your pantry is lemon. This product is also perfect for degreasing dirty plastic containers. In fact, lemon has excellent degreasing, whitening and descaling properties. Recover the lemon juice and scrub your greasy containers, instead of the sponge you can also use half of the same lemon. Let it sit for a while and then rinse well.
