- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent and the meat is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the frozen corn and peas into the soup mixture, followed by the cooked ground meat and sautéed onions.
This recipe is called the ‘Poor Man Husband Casserole’ but you’ll feel nothing but rich after eating it
