Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and trimming the stem to sit flat.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, and turmeric to create a marinade. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish, applying the marinade evenly.
Cover with foil and roast for 30 minutes, then uncover and roast for an additional 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let it rest, garnish with herbs, and serve.
