Directions:
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the chocolate chips and cook until melted.
Remove the saucepan from heat; stir in marshmallows, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into an 8-inch pan.
Allow it to cool, then cut into squares.
