Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place a few butter pieces in a 9×13 pan and melt them in the preheated oven. Ensure the melted butter evenly coats the bottom of the pan, eliminating any dry spots.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crushed crackers, garlic salt, and black pepper.
In another medium-sized bowl, dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat it thoroughly with the cracker mixture.
Arrange each coated chicken breast in the pan, and distribute the remaining butter pieces over the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
My father-in-law doesn’t normally eat this but fell in love with this recipe! Pure deliciousness!
