Step 1: Make the graham cracker crust
This recipe starts with a basic graham cracker crumb crust.
In a bowl, mix together the crumbs, sugar and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. You can use a flat-bottomed measuring cup or drinking glass to help compact the crumbs and to push them up the sides of the dish.
Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes before adding the filling. This will help the crust firm up.
Step 2: Make the mango filling
