- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (8 ounces each)
- coating:
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
