Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

5. Place the baking sheet or roasting pan in the preheated oven and roast the vegetables for about 25-35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender. Stir or flip the vegetables once or twice during cooking to ensure even browning.
6. Once the vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
