– 2 Tbsp.Of lemon zest (from about 2 lemons).
– 2 Tbsp.Of fresh lemon juice.
– ½ Cup.Of plain Greek yogurt.
– 1 Cup.Of fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen, do not thaw).
– 1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.
FOR THE LEMON GLAZE (OPTIONAL):
– 1 Cup.Of powdered sugar.
– 2 Tbsp.Of fresh lemon juice.
