5. In a large oven-safe skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the pan and sear them for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the bacon starts to crisp up.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for around 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
7. Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
8. Serve the Chicken Breast Stuffed With Hot Bacon as a main course with your favorite side dishes such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
