PREPARATION:
1st Step
To begin, grease and line a square baking pan (8×8 inches or 20×20 centimeters) with parchment paper, leaving some paper overhanging the edges of the pan. The fudge may then be more easily removed at a later time.
2nd Step
Melt the butter and white chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate and butter in 30-second increments, stirring between each, in the microwave. White chocolate often burns, so keep an eye on it.
3rd Step
Combine the ingredients by stirring in the sweetened condensed milk. The result will be fudge with its distinctive velvety smoothness.
4th Step
Combine the orange juice concentrate that has been thawed, the orange zest, the vanilla essence, and a sprinkle of salt. The orange creamsicle taste will permeate the fudge thanks to these additions. Some orange food coloring might be used at this point for a more intense orange hue.
5th Step
Mix in a half cup of marshmallow fluff for a nostalgic touch and a richer texture. This isn’t required, but it will make your creamsicle taste much more real if you do it.
