. If using an oven, place the completed kebabs on a baking sheet or the prepared grill.
6. Cook the kebabs on the grill or under the broiler for 10 to 12 minutes, rotating them halfway through to achieve equal cooking. To add more flavor and moisture during the last few minutes of cooking, baste the kebabs with the remaining marinade.
7. Watch the chicken and bacon closely to prevent overcooking. The bacon should be crisp and just browned, and the chicken should be well-cooked.
8. After cooking, take the kebabs off the grill or oven and give them a minute to rest before serving.
