Million dollar idea: Chocolate Cake flavored coffee. No, I know what you’re thinking, but not mocha. I’m talking actual chocolate cake flavor here.

For the Cake
▢1 3/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour
▢2 cups white sugar
▢3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
▢2 tsp baking powder, double acting
▢1 1/2 tsp baking soda
▢1 tsp salt
▢2 large eggs
▢1 cup half and half
▢1/2 cup vegetable oil
▢1 tbsp vanilla extract
▢1 cup strong brewed coffee
For the Frosting
▢16 oz cream cheese, softened
▢8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
▢2 tsp vanilla extract
▢2/3 cup 2 % milk
▢3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
▢1/2 tsp cinnamon
▢1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
