3 pounds of medium-sized Russet potatoes.

1 cup of mayonnaise.

1/4 cup of yellow mustard.

Two tsp. of apple cider vinegar.

Two tsp. of sugar.

Half a tsp. of onion powder.

1/4 cup of sweet pickle relish.

1 stalk of celery, chopped.

1/2 sweet onion, chopped.

Four hard-boiled eggs (3 chopped, 1 sliced).

Paprika (for garnish).
