°2 chopped green onions

°4 minced garlic cloves

° tablespoon of flour

° c. white wine

°1 c. Heavy cream

°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

°2 small tomatoes cut into cubes

°¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

°½ c. Grated parmesan cheese

°½ teaspoon more salt, to taste
