How come it took me this long to learn this cabbage recipe | April 27, 2025

Ingredients:
. For the Cabbage and Meat Mixture:

500 grams cabbage
Olive oil (for drizzling)
2 medium potatoes, diced
400 grams ground beef
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, grated

. For the Sauce:

3 whole eggs
150 milliliters whole milk
4 tablespoons table cream
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 generous pinch black pepper
1 generous pinch red chili
4 tablespoons wheat flour
Parsley to taste

. For the Topping:

200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
Oregano to taste
